Our club was originally based in the small rural township of Harrisville in the Scenic Rim, approximately an hour south-west of Brisbane, but the area covered by the Rotary Club of Fassifern Valley, spans from Aratula in the south, Roadvale and Peak Crossing in the east, west to Warrill View and north to Mutdapilly.  The Fassifern Valley, once the home of a multitude of dairies, today shares dairying with beef and vegetable production, with many large scale growers supplying carrots, potatoes, onions, pumpkins and melons to large supermarkets.
